Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon chocolate pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch candy or butterscotch chips
Add-ins
- 2-3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Ice Cream Mixture: In a large blender, combine the almond milk, vanilla pudding mix, chocolate pudding mix, butterscotch pudding mix, and butterscotch candies or chips. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Freeze the Mixture: Pour the blended ice cream mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and securely place the lid on top. Place the pint container on a flat surface in your freezer and freeze for 24 hours without disturbing.
- Creamify the Ice Cream: After 24 hours, remove the pint container from the freezer and take off the lid. Insert the container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami machine and twist to lock in place. Select the "Lite Ice Cream" setting and start the process to churn the ice cream.
- Finish and Serve: Once the Creami process is complete, remove the pint container from the machine. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream to enhance creaminess. Optionally, fold in additional butterscotch candies or chips for added texture and flavor before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the pint container is frozen on a flat surface to prevent spills.
- You can adjust the amount of butterscotch candies to your taste or substitute with butterscotch chips.
- Use the "Lite Ice Cream" setting on the Ninja Creami for best texture results.
- If you prefer a softer texture, add heavy cream gradually after churning.
- Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container.
