- 12 pepperoncini peppers plus 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice (from the jar)

- 1 (1 ounce) packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), cut into pieces
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add pepperoncini and seasoning: Pour 1/4 cup of pepperoncini juice over the chicken, then add the 12 whole pepperoncini peppers on and around the chicken breasts.
- Season the chicken: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken and peppers.
- Add butter: Distribute the pieces of unsalted butter on top of the chicken and seasonings.
- Cook the chicken: Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Shred and serve: Remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks, then toss the shredded chicken in the flavorful sauce inside the cooker before serving.
