Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a food processor or blender, combine the scallions, fresh basil, Italian parsley, dill, avocados, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Pulse and process for a few seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add water gradually to reach the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
