A quick and nutritious Blueberry Protein Shake packed with antioxidants, protein, and fiber. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or post-workout boost, this shake combines frozen blueberries, banana, oats, nut butter, milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla protein powder for a creamy and satisfying drink.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ banana (fresh or frozen)

Grains & Nuts

  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter

Dairy & Protein

  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 34 grams)

Seasoning

  • pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the frozen blueberries, banana, rolled oats, nut butter, milk, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and a pinch of salt (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend Smooth: Blend on high speed until all ingredients are completely smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds, ensuring a creamy and well-mixed protein shake.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen banana depending on your texture preference.
  • Adjust the amount of milk for desired thickness.
  • Add ice cubes for an extra chilled shake.
  • Substitute milk with plant-based options to make it dairy-free.
  • For added sweetness, consider a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
